Your print order will be fulfilled within 10-14 days. For large and extra large framed prints, please allow a 3-4 day extension for shipping delivery. All prints are prepared by RG, approved, signed, + framed by a third party before being wrapped and shipped to you. Because RG is an independent artist, this process can usually take up to two weeks. If you would like to purchase expedited shipping or get a print order rushed, please contact RG via email or the contact page.

When can I expect my print to be delivered?

What should I do if my print arrives damaged?

Unfortunately, the occasional print damage is impossible to avoid with any shipping provider, especially to states further away from New York. RG is constantly searching for the safest shipping handlers + packaging techniques to avoid damage. If you happen to receive a loose print (not framed), and it is wrinkled/folded, put the print under a mattress or flat heavy object for 48 hours. If your print seems folded or crushed beyond repair, email RG with a photo of your damaged print and another will be sent to you immediately. In the meantime, you may need to provide RG with information for an insurance claim. This is quick and easy, and you'll have your new print arrive soon.

Will you deliver internationally eventually?

Soon! International shipping is not currently available because loose prints are almost always destroyed by the time they arrive in the hands of the customer, which is an expensive disappointment. If you are outside of the US and would like to take a chance on shipping, contact RG and international shipping can be arranged. We recommend ordering a print framed if you are international, as your chances of getting the print in one piece are much greater.

Can you print in a size other than what's listed on your site?

Yes, depending on the desired size. For a custom sized print, please contact RG.

Are these designs made of actual jewelry?

Yes! All jewelry is real and belongs to Greg Yüna. Each piece is composed of many separate pieces, and while the separate parts of a work of art may not physically lay together and exist together in real life, all individual parts are real jewelry. If you are interested in having a design created in real life out of real gÿ jewelry, please contact rachel@gregyuna.com.

How are your designs made?

RG organizes, photographs, edits, + manipulates all jewelry into her art pieces. All jewelry is owned + created by artist and jeweler, Greg Yüna. RG has worked for GŸ for over four years, beginning as his executive assistant and later growing into his creative partner.

What discounts are available?

Plenty will be made in the future! You can access the first one and all future discount codes in the future by subscribing to RG's mailing list, which can be found on the home page.
